Mermaid Commission Progress 4

Almost done, I think.

The colors need a bit of tweaking, but overall, I'm much happier with this version.

    Thanks, Dan! Colorwise, I was half going after the kinds of colors I saw the Pixar artists use in Finding Nemo concept art, and that flourescent glow of tropical fish tanks.
